TERMS & CONDITIONS

It is our policy to present the cost of our packages inclusive of all airport and government charges.  Please accept however that these charges are not within our control, therefore we reserve the right to pass on any increase.  Exchange rate fluctuations are closely monitored however re reserve the right to revise package prices at any time.  Valid for travel commenced and completed within the travel dates of the various packages (unless otherwise specified).  Prices shown are based on per person costs in New Zealand Dollars for payment by direct bank transfer only.  Credit card payments will incur a surcharge.  A deposit of $2,500.00 per person plus the cost of any grandstand upgrade, hospitality and flights will be required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance of payment is required on or before 30 July 2026.  Bookings received after this date will require full payment. As all payments are non-refundable, we strongly recommend travel insurance. We reserve the right to revise package content and its package prices at any time.

Ticket and Hospitality T&Cs
Partner must not use, sell, or allow any tickets and Hospitality Package for:

• Advertising
• Promotions
• Commercial activities
• Trade incentives
• Prizes, contests, sweepstakes, raffles, tombolas, lotteries, or draws... whether for commercial or charitable purposes.

All Ticket Purchasers agree to be bound by, SGPPL's general terms and conditions for ticket sale and entry and any amendments made to it from time to time, the effective version of which will be the latest version published at http://www.singaporegp.sg (or such other URL as designated by SGPPL) (“Tickets T&Cs”) at the point of, and as a condition of, purchase of Tickets. SGPPL may at any time in its sole discretion amend or vary any provision of the Tickets T&Cs and it shall be the Partner’s responsibility to check and ensure the latest version of the same is notified to the Ticket Purchasers.

Clients agree to be bound by, SGPPL's terms and conditions of sale for Hospitality Packages and any amendments made to it from time to time, the effective version of which will be the latest version published at http://www.singaporegp.sg (or such other URL as designated by SGPPL) (the “Hospitality T&Cs”) at the point of, and as a condition of, purchase of Hospitality Packages. SGPPL may at any time in its sole discretion amend or vary any provision of the Hospitality T&Cs and it shall be the Partner’s responsibility to check and ensure the latest version of the same is notified to the Clients.
