What People Said

Some thoughts perhaps for anyone is going in the future.

If going to enjoy and witness the whole event it is best to do something like we did. Get to the track about 3 days before race. Time to take shuttle buses to all parts of track, relax in village area and see all displays at your leisure including the wonderful museum. There is plenty of car action to keep you enthralled. On the race days it is shoulder to shoulder stuff with huge queues. 325,000 people at the track.  The hospo gig was fantastic and well put together by GP tours with good viewing place at track. Made race days a pleasure. All in all it was just great.

Sooo many thanks for your excellent  efforts and yes, I paraded the Williment flag as a cape down the main straight and pit lane.
Just wanted to pass on our thanks and a bit of feedback from the trip.

Williment travel was excellent.

Everything ran smoothly, all the transport and transfers were at the airport and at the hotel this morning. All the Williment people we dealt with in NZ were very helpful - especially that you (and others) answered our all of email queries very quickly.

Overall, we had a great trip and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

We would happily recommend Williment Travel for anyone that wanted to go in the future.
Thanks for a fantastic weekend.

Trish and the team did a great job of hosting.

Was well organised and we had some great seats. The little hand-book was invaluable.

I certainly will be recommending you to my friends.
Thank you for all the work you and the team put into this.

It was terrific to meet you and the weekend was very enjoyable as well as being extremely well run by the Williment team.
4* Had a fantastic time on our trip. Thanks for making it an amazing first Bathurst experience.
Bathurst has always been top of our bucket list and finally this year we went with WillimentNZ. How easy was it to just turn up at CHCH airport and the whole trip was already arranged. From the amazing Corporate box site overlooking the finish line plus viewpoints of other spots on the track, fabulous food and great company, we could not have planned it better than with Phil and the team. They made the trip an absolute pleasure and we would be delighted to travel with them again anytime. We have already recommended Williment to our friends who are thinking of doing this trip. Well done guys from Barry & Cathy Kewish :) p.s how cool to meet Greg Murphy too!!
We certainly enjoyed travelling with you people, and have recommended you to others since. The lack of thinking and organising made it a true holiday for us. The other members of the group were very friendly and easy to get along with- what a great idea to mix us up into betting teams. The only thing we found a little disappointing was the champagne breakfast, with no choice other than a cooked breakfast, which is not what we would normally have chosen. However, we would take the opportunity to travel with you again, so will be keeping an eye on your website.
Once again a well organised tour, thought having the Melbourne Cup at our dinner venue was a highlight Also the interaction with learning the Salsa – lots of laughter for sure. The staff were very friendly and we will be coming back next year.
Thank you for the great time at the Cup.  Every day was perfect!  Having the surprise dinner, with the dancing, only a short walk from the hotel provided flexibility for those who wanted to leave early or stay late.  We had a great time and hope to return next year.
On behalf of Linley Julian, Stephen and myself, we would like to thank you for organising our tickets and accommodation for the Australian Tennis Open.  We had an absolute ball at the tennis (excuse the pun), and couldn’t have wished for better seats.  I had purchased some Rafael Nadal shoes and although I didn’t get to see him play this year, after the Legends Doubles with John and Patrick MacEnroe, I managed to get my shoes signed by both players.  This did involve hanging over the edge of the arena and wondering if I was going to get my shoe back after John let it fall to the ground but all ended well. A highlight for us was the breakfast organised with Mark Woodford.  What a bonus and we were able to have a long chat with him afterwards with photos.  Also at the airport coming home we ran into Billie Jean King who shook our hands and wanted to know our names.  Accommodation was also excellent and we have no hesitation in recommending you guys to our friends and families if they want to do a sports event.
