GOLD PASS The three-day Gold Pass gives you the best seats at the Airshow in a grandstand situated directly in front of the runway. Food is available with wine, spirits, and beer, to be purchased from a cash bar. Complimentary tea, coffee and water are available throughout the Airshow and breakfast may be purchased from 7.30am. This area has its own facilities with closed circuit television to watch the Airshow. You will receive a free souvenir pack with a Gold Pass Cap and Dated Badge, Airshow programme as a collector's souvenir and one complimentary drink voucher. Mingle with some of the pilots, get autographs and walk the flightline once on the Saturday or Sunday. Airshow gates open at 7.30am on Friday (Practice Day), Saturday and Sunday (Airshow Days) and the Airshow runs from 10am to 4pm. The Airshow programme is the same on both Saturday and Sunday. TRANSFERS A daily shuttle service operates from Queenstown to Wanaka Lakefront on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We have included this in your package price. On arrival at Wanaka Lakefront there are continuous shuttles to and from the Airshow from 8am until approximately 4pm on all days. Payment is made to the driver on the day for this service. *Subject to confirmation from the Operator.
It is our policy to present the cost of our packages inclusive of all airport and government charges. Please accept however that these charges are not within our control, therefore we reserve the right to pass on any increase. Exchange rate fluctuations are closely monitored however re reserve the right to revise package prices at any time. Valid for travel commenced and completed within the travel dates of the various packages (unless otherwise specified). Prices shown are based on per person costs in New Zealand Dollars for payment by direct bank transfer only. Credit card payments will incur a surcharge. A deposit of $850 per person plus the full cost of flights is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance of payment is required on or before 10 January 2024. As all payments are non-refundable, we strongly recommend travel insurance. Should the event not take place due to COVID-19, Government and Alert Level restrictions we will do all possible to provide a refund or credit for services paid. Please note this is subject to receiving refunds from our suppliers.
