*To allow flexibility, our package Itinerary does not include city to city transfers. * A complete itinerary, including exact nights for cities will be provided after the official tournament draw in December 2025. * Williment Travel is a fully bonded travel agent able to service all pre and post travel itineraries, this includes flights. Please ask for options at time of booking. It is our policy to present the cost of our packages inclusive of all airport and government charges. Please accept however that these charges are not within our control, therefore we reserve the right to pass on any increase. Exchange rate fluctuations are closely monitored however re reserve the right to revise package prices at any time. Credit card payments will incur a surcharge. A deposit of 75% per person is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance of payment is required on or before 19 January 2026. As all payments are non-refundable, we strongly recommend travel insurance.
