Thursday 21 November
Proceed to the Rydges Newcastle (which is located approx. 10 minutes walk from the race circuit) where your accommodation is reserved for a four night stay. Enjoy a welcome function this evening with your fellow travellers.
Friday 22 November
Today is practice day ahead of the big weekend so make your way to the Newcastle circuit at your own leisure to soak up all the pre-race atmosphere. Supercars have 2 practice sessions today.
Saturday 23 November
Make your way to the Newcastle circuit this morning for a day of high speed, tyre burning action, culminating with Race One of the Supercars.
Sunday 24 November
Once again make your way to the Newcastle circuit this morning for the climax of the weekends action.
Monday 25 November
Check out of your hotel this morning.
