All Blacks Tour to England, France and Wales
Introduction
Dear All Blacks Rugby Supporter,
I am pleased to bring you our brochure for the All Blacks Tour to England, France & Wales in November 2006. The prospect of watching the All Blacks play on foreign soil is always a big draw-card for New Zealand Rugby fans. This year our Team will travel to four great stadium venues and play Tests against England at Twickenham, France at Stade Gerland in Lyon and France for a second Test at Stade de France in Paris and then Wales at the Millennium Stadium at Cardiff Arms Park. What an opportunity!
Williment Travel have been organising Tours following the All Blacks for over thirty eight years now. We have earned an enviable reputation for quality tour arrangements at a reasonable price. We do not skimp on inclusions, but we strive to provide good value for money and a lasting – once in a lifetime experience.
Our tours attract many couples, but we also have a fair number of men and women travelling on their own or with a friend. While the Rugby is the reason for our Tours, the days in between are filled with great touring experiences and fun social occasions. The social aspect of our tours is very important, and apart from the Rugby, we offer many great sightseeing, shopping and social opportunities. We also endeavour to build-in plenty of spare time for people to ‘do their own thing’.
A testimony to our Tours’ success is the large number of ‘repeat’ clients that we welcome back, time and again.
For the tour in November, we have designed a spectacular 32-Day sights, scenic and social journey through Cornwall in England, then two and a half weeks in fabulous France, finished-off with our favourite parts of Wales. This Tour has already drawn a very positive reaction from our regular clients. Afterwards, there is an optional four-night stay in the heart of London and we are offering stopovers on the way over or on the way home. For people with less time to spare for this tour, we have included two 21-Day Tour options, joining the main 32-Day Tour for three Tests over three weeks. We are also offering Free Wheeler options from New Zealand, and Kiwi Ex-Pat hotel and match ticket options for New Zealand Passport Holders residing overseas.
France is the most visited country on earth. It has so much to offer, from green rolling farmlands, deeply wooded forests, spectacular gorges, impressive alpine scenery, to sun-drenched coastlines and impressive rivers. That is all before the history, timeless rustic villages, impressive chateau, great cities that will surprise you and amazing engineering feats. The people are friendly and welcoming (especially to New Zealanders) and they are passionate about their Rugby. The food and wines are simply superb. France has it all and lots more. Our Tour through France in November 2006 is a wonderful prelude to the forthcoming Rugby World Cup 2007 in France, but this time, the accent will be on the All Blacks rather than twenty other nations.
At the time this brochure went to print, we had over one hundred people registered for the various tour options. Although we cannot count on all these registrations turning into bookings, interest is such that we believe we will be able to fill at least two and maybe three groups for the longer tour (32-Day Tour). We also have considerable interest in our Free Wheeler option.
I am delighted to advise that our 2006 All Blacks Supporters Tours will be once again led by some very experienced and well-known Williment Travel Tour Leaders. Andy and Lesley Leslie, Dave & Jan Loveridge and Murray & Caroline Pierce have all made themselves available to lead our tours in 2006.
Please read-on and we look forward to you joining our Tours to France and the UK in November.
With kind regards to all.
Yours sincerely

Duncan Garvie
