Tour Itinerary

• Wednesday 10 March
  Depart from Christchurch, Wellington or Auckland today. We have seat allocations on Air New Zealands' 8.15am direct service from Auckland to Adelaide. For passengers wishing to depart from Wellington or Christchurch, flights will be subject to availability at the time of booking. Surcharges may apply.
  
  Arrive at Adelaide Airport at approx 10.35am. After clearing Immigration, collect your bags and pass through Customs checks then into the Arrivals Hall. Williment Sports Travel staff will be in the Arrivals Hall to greet you and direct you to your coach for the drive into the city. The journey by charter coach takes approximately 20 minutes depending on traffic.
  
  On arrival at the Mantra Hindmarsh Square, check in for a five night stay.
• Thursday 11 March
  Today is a free day to enjoy the sights of Adelaide and beyond. Perhaps a trip to the vineyards of the Barossa Valley or the popular beach-side suburb of Glenelg will be the call of the day. Please contact your Williment Sports Travel staff member if you wish to book a Barossa Valley Vineyard Tour. This evening, join other supporters for a Welcome Get Together in the hotel.
• Friday 12 March
  This morning, make your way to the circuit at your leisure. The walk takes approximately 15 minutes from your hotel. With all grandstands under shade and major circuit upgrades, the 2010 Clipsal 500 Adelaide promises to be bigger and better than ever. The next three days provide a massive motor sport programme, with spectacular air displays and after race concerts. A Grandstand ticket or Corporate Hospitality option may be best suited for you. Speak with one of our experienced staff who can make a recommendation. This evening join other supporters for a group dinner at a local restaurant.
• Saturday 13 March
  Today, make your way to the circuit in time for Race One of the 250 kilometre V8 Supercars challenge. On your way back to your hotel you may wish to make a stop in Hutt Street to soak up the atmosphere as the street party begins!
• Sunday 14 March
  A full day of racing and entertainment is scheduled for today. Race Two of the 250 kilometre V8 Supercars challenge will provide a Clipsal 500 winner!
• Monday 15 March
  This morning you will be transferred to Adelaide Airport for your Air New Zealand direct flight back to Auckland departing at 11.35am. Please note we can arrange connections to Wellington or Christchurch - subject to availability at the time of booking and at an additional cost.

Chicane Inside

Considered by many as the prime viewing location on the circuit, this grandstand provides breathtaking views of the action through the Chicane onto Wakefield Road. Drivers "thread the needle" and if they get it right it's awesome, but get it wrong and the run-off areas and barriers come into play. A Bytecraft Superscreen again completes the viewing package.

Barry Sheene Pit Straight

The largest grandstand on the circuit situated on Pit Straight offers the drama of race starts, finishes and pit stop action, plus conveniently located near catering and merchandising outlets. Three giant Bytecraft Superscreens are provided for Barry Sheene Pit Straight Grandstand patrons.

500 Club

The 500 Club is most popular with our clients. We have booked tables of 10 in this facility which is situated behind the Barry Sheene Grandstand. Your premium seats are in the Barry Sheene Pit Straight Grandstand with views of all the activity in the V8 Supercar Pits and on the start/finish line. Your Clipsal 500 hospitality package includes:
