How it works
Surveys are accessed and completed online, enabling you and your customers to log on securely when convenient.
SmartSurvey™ is designed to be user-friendly; invitations are sent via email, and each survey can be accessed via a web-link or by visiting the website www.smartsurvey.co.nz and entering a unique user ID to access.
Survey campaigns can be created for an individual customer or group of customers and sent according to your requirements and timings.
Each campaign can run for as long as required, and users are advised of the expiry date of the survey. To ensure maximum response rates, email reminders can be sent out as required to all users OR only those users who have not completed before the expiry date. You may wish to include an incentive or prize draw to encourage feedback.
Results & Analysis
On completion of your SmartSurvey™ campaign, results are collated and can be provided to you graphically (as per example) or electronically in Excel format, and will be presented to you with our analysis report.
